ProjectPell City Civic Center

Goodgame Company, Inc. was hired as the construction manager for an addition and renovation to the Pell City Civic Center. The city decided it was time to upgrade the building built in the 1970s to meet the current needs of its citizens. They wanted to upgrade the existing building to provide new office space for the growing Parks and Recreation staff and refresh the weight room with more up-to-date equipment for the groups using the building. They also wanted to add a new tennis facility with a new competition court, as well as create new access and traffic flow for this building and the lakeside park. We helped with space management and budgeting. We helped the council review documents, then we oversaw day-to-day construction.
