This project consisted of a two-story medical office building that includes 50,000 SF of leasable tenant office space. Construction is conventional structural steel with concrete walls and brick exterior walls. Second floor framing consists of composite steel beams and concrete on metal decking. The individual tenant spaces are identified with different interior finishes that blend to incorporate a cohesive look into one unit. This project had three phases: Phase I—14,640 SF • Phase II—14,092 SF • Phase III—50,469 SF
