ProjectMetroplex Retail Strip Center

This project consisted of a two-story building with a leasable tenant space, including 12,600 SF of retail space and 7,530 SF of office space. Construction is a pre-engineered rigid frame metal building with block and brick exterior walls. Second floor framing consisting of open web steel joist and concrete on metal decking. The individual tenant spaces are identified with different exterior finishes that blend to incorporate a cohesive look into one unit.
