ProjectMarino’s Market, Central Park

This project consisted of a total renovation of an existing grocery store, with a 5,700 SF addition for increased sales floor and warehouse area. The new addition is brick and block with open web joist construction. Energy efficient upgrades were installed, including new refrigerated cases and coolers, new LED lighting and a new digitally controlled HVAC System. Work was completed in phases in order to keep the existing store open for the duration of the project.
