The main 177,710 SF facility consists of office space and production area and was constructed from a pre-engineered rigid frame building. The office at the main building has exterior walls constructed of metal studs and Dri-Design aluminum panels. Also on-site is a 10,987 SF recycling building, along with a 10,200 SF two-story locker room, breakroom and administration building. The two-story facility is constructed of block and open web steel joist with concrete on metal decking.
